In lieu of Independence Day, the New York Public Library had an exhibit that showcased one of the 2 original autographed copies of Thomas Jefferson's The Declaration of Independence. Apparently, there were some omissions made that didn't appear in the ratified version. Pretty cool stuff. Seeing the real letters that Jefferson wrote to friends made history seem real, more tangible.
As for myself, the trial run for the copywriter job has been put on the back burner for now. The company's having some issues with budgeting (?!). Knew it!! Back to the drawing table....Good news is my first official freelance article on a East Village athlete was published here.
